![]() ![]() In the process, I learned that ctrl-wheel zooms font size in Internet Explorer. So, my setup is 1) SetPoint remaps side buttons to 'generic button', then 2) AHK hooks 'Xbutton1' and 3) prevents the button press from propagating further. Replied on SeptemReport abuse HI, Truth is peripherals need to work with the OS and not the other way around. ![]() So, like you, I'll put up with having to press Ctrl-Wheel to zoom in AC. Ok, I actually use AHK Just not for mouse side-button reassignment, as I've never figured out how to capture them before SetPoint gets them. Without acceleration, it takes too much wrist motion to get the cursor from far left to far right of the virtual two-monitor screen. Uninstalling the Logitech SetPoint software made the mouse behave like a normal mouse (as far as wheel roll and button), but then I lost the ability to have mouse acceleration and horizontal scroll. If someone is looking for reverse scrolling on Logitech T650 touchpad, the setting is managed via SetPoint Settings utility (Mouse properties -> tab 'SetPoint Settings') -> tab 'Scroll' -> Scroll Options button (bottom right) -> Scroll Direction (checkbox) Share. (Without ctrl, the Logitech software sends scrolling commands to AC, and so it zooms and scrolls off the screen at the same time!) Remapping the middle button to "middle button" also took care of pan. I appreciate the comments in this old thread, as I wouldn't have guessed that pressing ctrl while rolling the wheel would zoom in the normal-mouse ArchiCAD way. I wore out the left-button switch in my mouse (!), so just upgraded to a Logitech MX1000 laser mouse ($34 on sale). The problem is that if Setpoint is running, then XBC. X-Mouse Button Control however, does it just fine. I know the game will take any Microsoft and Logitech mice with generic drivers (uninstall Intellipoint and SetPoint to restore the default drivers) and the game. For reasons I cant fathom, the Setpoint software simply cannot do this for this application (Sierra Chart). I want to simply make buttons 4 & 5 send keystrokes for a specific application. In Logitech MouseWare wheel/middle button always remains assigned as "Middle button", otherwise it cannot pan. I use a Logitech M570 Trackball under Windows 10. ![]()
